Franko’s Professional Dog & Cat Grooming

Customers are required to pay for their grooming appointment at drop-off, please have payment ready when you check your pet in for the day.

We have a new Point of Sale system and booking app.

Please use your Pet's name and breed in the first name field, and your last name in the last name field. Please provide any information on how you would like your pet groomed (style, length, health concerns, allergies, etc). Please provide a current phone number to reach you when your pet is ready for pick-up. 

• All haircut packages include a bath, nail trim, ear cleaning, and external gland expression.
  Please book this package when you want an all-over haircut. 
  

• All bath packages include bath and blow-out, brushing, nail trim, ear cleaning, and external grand expression. Bath packages do not include haircuts, if you need a haircut all over you will need to book a haircut package so you are booked in with a groomer, as most of our bathers are not trained on all-over haircuts. 

• Partial packages include, bath and blow-out, face trim, feet and pads trim, sanitary trim, nail trim, ear cleaning, and external gland expression. 

Please note if your pet is a senior pet (10 years and up).
Please note any health concerns, allergies, or if your pet has a difficult time with grooming. 

Per city of Vancouver, all pets are required to be current on their rabies vaccine, please provide a current rabies certificate.
